We recycle boxes and shipping material to help the environment and reduce cost! Your credit card is not charged until your order is shipped.
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $75.00. Normally 2-5 business days delivery after your order is shipped! Please enter FREESHIPPING in the coupon box at checkout. Offer valid for the 48 contiguous states. Certain oversized items are excluded. If an item does not qualify for the $75 Free Shipping Special, it will be noted on the page of that item.
SHIPPING CHARGES AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME: Continental USA "Standard" deliveries are usually shipped by the next business day, with a normal delivery time of 2-5 business days. You will always receive a tracking number via email when your order is shipped. The cost of "Standard" delivery averages between $5.40 and $7.90, depending on the weight of the items ordered (your charges could be more if the order is very heavy). If you choose another type of service such as one of our expedited options, the price will be calculated based on weight and desired service. A Shipping Calculator will appear below your Shopping Cart and you can determine what your shipping charges will be for various types of shipping. On the final order page you will also have the chance to change your delivery option, add a coupon code or cancel before your order goes through.
DIMENSIONAL SURCHARGES: Some oversized packages that are being sent by airmail have dimensional surcharges applied. If a package is so large that a dimensional surcharge is applied, we will contact you first to obtain your permission before shipping your order. Standard ground shipments are not affected by this surcharge.
ALASKA AND HAWAII: Alaska and Hawaii customers - we recommend choosing the "USPS Alaska/Hawaii" option and your order will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. UPS service is also available for quicker delivery, but be aware freight charges are more expensive using UPS and they do not guarantee delivery dates. Free shipping coupon does not apply to Alaska or Hawaii orders.
INTERNATIONAL and APO/FPO ORDERS: We are sorry but at this time we are not able to ship to international or APO/FPO destinations.
